Whitefish delivery assists elders in First Nations communities

Thank You to one of our best partners – TRUE NORTH AID, for responding to Anishinaabeg of Kabapikotawangag Resource Council Inc., request by providing support to our Elders in our five-member First Nations; Ojibways of Onigaming, Big Grassy River, Animakee Wa Zhing #37, Northwest Angle #33, and Wauzhushk Onigum.

123 Elders were provided with whitefish by an Indigenous company “Hale Fisheries” who volunteered to open their operation to support our Elders and their families during these challenging and unprecedented times.
